Unopened items, with the original receipt, returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange.  Items that have been opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.  Valid photo identification might be required.

There are some conditions to our Product Returns Policy.  These include:

  • Returns of special order products may not be accepted.  
  • Returns, exchanges or warranties on a product without a receipt may not be accepted.
  • A defective product is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement.
